The Friends of the Marie Fleche Memorial Library, of Berlin Borough, will be holding their annual BOOK and BAKE Sale. This event takes place at the library, 49 S. White Horse Pike, Saturday, September 28th from 8 AM to 2 PM, rain or shine. We are now accepting used books, DVDs and CDs during our normal library hours. (Please no textbooks, medical or encyclopedias.) If you are interested in donating home baked goods for the sale, they may be dropped off at the library that morning, Saturday, September 28th , as early as 7:30 AM. This year’s end of summer reading program was a very interactive magic show performed by Ken the Magician while including the children in several of his tricks . The program was immediately followed by a pizza party. We concluded the party by selecting our Grand Prize winner based on our Summer Reading Program’s criteria. Summertime is over so now is the time to try something new…Sign up to learn how to crochet. Our classes will resume on Saturday, September 7th and are held on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month from 12:30 to 1:30 pm. Children ages 12 on up are also welcome to participate.
